Before Leap Day I took you on a tour of the World Showcase and featured a hidden gem at each pavilion. Here are two ways to remember them when you are in the parks.
1) Below is a list of all the links to my World Showcase Wonder series. If you have a smart phone or tablet you can refer to any of them when you want.
Canada Pavilion: Canadian Rockies
United Kingdom Pavilion: Hidden character greetings
France Pavilion: Great photo location
Morocco Pavilion: Unique souvenir
Japan Pavilion: Kaki Gori
United States Pavilion: The Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps.
Italy Pavilion: Venice waterfront
Germany Pavilion: Werther’s Karamell Kuche
China Pavilion: Reflection ponds
Norway Pavilion: Statue of Grete Waitz
Mexico Pavilion: Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros
2) On the sidebar is a brochure called World Showcase Wonders listed under Downloadables. Print out this double-sided pamphlet at home and bring it with you to ECPOT. It is the same size as the park map so it is easy to carry and use.
Whichever way you decide, I hope you will have fun discovering the hidden gems hiding at the World Showcase. And if you know of a gem I didn’t mention I would love to hear about it. Just drop me a note in the comments. Happiness squared!
Goofy Tip: If you write in the brochures as you wander the parks you will have a great record of your trip. Think of it as simplified journaling. You can number the pavilions as you visit them. You can circle attractions that you went on and restaurants you ate at. You can give the rides a score (like 1 to 5) so you remember what you liked. You can even mark an X on the map where you watched parades and fireworks shows. All this will help when you get home and can’t remember the name of the restaurant in Morocco that you loved.
