How are you celebrating February 29, Leap Day? If it is your birthday I bet you are having a really big party. Disney is going to have “One More Disney Day.” For the first time ever Disneyland and the Magic Kingdom are going to be open for 24 hours, from 6 a.m. February 29 to 6 a.m. March 1. If you have a chance to visit the parks it will a day (and a night) you will never forget.
For those of us who can’t be at the parks on Leap Day there is another way to celebrate “One More Disney Day.” Disney is giving away 60 trips for 4 to either Walt Disney World or the Disneyland resort. You can enter once each day between now and February 29, 2012. To enter go to OneMoreDisneyDay.com and scroll down to where it says “enter now.” Good luck.
Goofy Tip: My trip to the Disney parks starts today. Hooray! I am taking a redeye flight so I will be arriving at our resort early in the morning. I am making sure that I have all my paperwork and ID in my handbag and easily accessible so that I can get checked in without a hassle no matter how sleepy I am.
