Most of the time I love getting information and making travel reservations on the Internet. It is fast, easy, and I can do it anytime I want. But sometimes I have a questions that I can’t find the answer to, or that I don’t know how to look up. When that happens I want to talk to a living person. Easier said than done.
I’m sure the phone numbers of most companies are somewhere on their website, but sometimes they are hard to find. This was true when I wanted to call Disneyland. I don’t think they hid them on purpose, but there was so much information to search through that a helpful phone number wasn’t easy to find.
With the help of Yahoo (Google is acting up on me) I found the exact phone number I needed. In fact I found a whole list of numbers and I made sure to save them in my Disneyland folder. You can find this list here. Keep it somewhere memorable so when you have a tricky question you’ll waste no time contacting a Cast Member who can help you.
Goofy Tip: I love talking to Cast Members. They are always eager to help and I always end up with a smile on my face. For me the most valuable phone number is for Guest Relations (714) 781-INFO (4636). I called with a variety of questions and was always glad I did.
